Q4.) How soon are online orders processed?
A4.) In stock items are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will be processed within one to three weeks when an item is not in stock at time of purchase.

Q5.) What is your sales tax policy?
A5.) Online orders shipped within California are assessed 8.25% sales tax. For phone and/or fax orders, shipments within California are assessed the appropriate sales tax by destination county. Sales tax is not assessed for all other states and/or the District of Columbia.
