CURRENT SHIPPING POLICIES

NON-TRUCK SHIPMENTS—

We ship by UPS (Air and Ground), USPS (Priority Mail and EMS) and FedEx (Express and Ground)

Shipments bounds for rural areas (as defined by the major carriers—FedEx and UPS) will be assessed a $2.00 fee per package.

Please provide us with your e-mail address should you wish to be advised of tracking numbers at time of shipment. We will do our best to notify you of the tracking number and/or approximate delivery dates in advance of shipment receipt.

TRUCK SHIPMENTS—

Daylight Transport is the preferred truck carrier of Ikas, Inc. Areas not served by Daylight Transport will be served by FedEx Freight LTL.

We reserve the right to assess appropriate fees for shipments not made by these two carriers, should you prefer another carrier. Such fees will be assessed on your invoice.
